What formats do the plugins come in?
VST3 and AU on macOS 11 or later, for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. VST3 on Windows 10 or later, in a 64-bit host. That goes for all 7 of them. There's no AAX version, so they don't load in Pro Tools.
Is there a trial?
No. Most plugin pages have level-matched before-and-after demos you can play straight away. And if a plugin doesn't work for you, you get your money back within 14 days of buying, whatever the reason.
How does licensing work?
Buy a plugin and a license key arrives by email. Paste it into the plugin and that's it. There's no account to make and no login. Activating registers the machine, so it needs the wifi on once; after that the key is checked offline and works with the wifi off. One key covers three machines, and you can free one up from your account when you change computers.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email me, see Contact. Compatibility problems get sorted out one at a time. Within 14 days of buying you can also have your money back: request it at paddle.net, or email me.
Is MS Widener really free?
Yes. One email address, no card. It's the full plugin and it stays that way. There's no paid version of it to upgrade to.
Will you email me?
Now and then, when a new plugin ships or goes on sale. Buying a plugin or downloading MS Widener puts your address on that list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and once you've unsubscribed, a later purchase doesn't sign you up again.
What's in the bundle?
The Mid/Side Core is every paid plugin, 6 of them, for €149 instead of buying them one at a time. One payment, one email, with a separate licence key per plugin inside. The bundle page lists what's in it.
Are Corrode, Dimension Chorus, the Vocal Preamp and MS EQ still coming?
Yes, they're in development. They're not on sale and aren't in the bundle — their pages on the products list say what each one will do.
